Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 7 - 15 business days — $12.00 flat rate (Free on orders over $75.00)

  • Expedited Shipping: We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Locations At this time, UrbanNest only ships within Canada. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes UrbanNest is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages UrbanNest is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
