Available shipping destinations and services are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.
Shipping costs
Any shipping charge is calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, your destination, and the available delivery service. Review the full order total before completing payment.
Processing and delivery estimates
Delivery estimates shown at checkout include the information available when you place your order. Actual timing may vary because of product availability, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Tracking can take a short time to update after the carrier receives the shipment.
Multiple shipments
Items in one order may be fulfilled from different locations and arrive separately. If so, you may receive multiple shipping confirmations or tracking numbers at no additional surprise charge beyond the amount shown at checkout.
Address changes
Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after processing begins.
International orders
International shipments may be subject to customs processing and import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries
Check the carrier’s tracking first, then contact us through our Contact page if you need help. Include your order number and, for damaged or incorrect items, clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help with the next steps.
